William J. Snell, III, is a founding principal of Will Power. He has been a practicing attorney in Massachusetts for over 25 years. His areas of concentration are estate planning and estate administration. Mr. Snell was graduated from Boston University Law School in 1973 with a Master of Laws Degree in Taxation. He also was awarded a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center in 1969 and an A.B. from the College of the Holy Cross in 1966.
John F. Foley, Jr., is a founding principal of Will Power and has over 15 years of experience in estate administration. His practice areas include estate law, general civil litigation, business and commercial law, real estate, and probate. He was admitted to practice law in Massachusetts in 1980. Mr. Foley was graduated from the New England School of Law in 1979 with a Juris Doctor and from Bridgewater State College with a B.A. in 1976.
J. Edward Surette, III, has extensive experience as a litigator in the domestic and criminal fields. His practice areas include estate administration, domestic relations, family law, real estate, and criminal law. He was admitted to practice law in Massachusetts in 1985. Mr. Surette was graduated from George Washington University in 1984 with a Juris Doctor and from Northeastern University in 1981 with a B.S. Magna Cum Laude.
Judith S. Babb was admitted to practice law in Massachusetts in 1985. Her practice areas include estate administration, family law, and real estate. She has significant experience in labor relations and municipal management. Ms. Babb was graduated from Suffolk University Law School with a Juris Doctor in 1985 and from the University of Lowell with a B.S. in 1966.
