Understanding the Will Power Program

The entire estate planning process is completed in three steps:

  • Lunchtime estate planning seminar
  • 15 minute informational interview
  • Signing session

Affordable Estate Planning Services

Our attorneys provide quality legal representation at low cost by focusing entirely on helping individuals within companies and educational institutions properly plan for their future. Our fees consist of:

  • $300 for individual estate planning
  • $500 for family estate planning

The Employer's Responsibilities

We help employers to demonstrate that they truly care about the well-being of each member of their organization. We only require the completion of these simple steps:

  • Reserve a large room for the lunchtime seminar and a smaller room for private interviews and signing sessions
  • Inform each employee about the seminar and the opportunity for on-site estate planning
  • Maintain sign-up sheets for the estate planning seminar and interview appointments
