Convenient Three Step Process
The Will Power® program is a convenient three step estate planning process in which each appointment fits within an individual's normal break periods. Here is a summarization of each step:
- Lunchtime seminar: We conduct lunchtime estate planning seminars at corporate campuses and educational institutions. During these seminars (lasting less than one hour), we answer questions and provide valuable estate planning information. All in attendance receive a kit which explains how the estate planning process works for individuals and families.
- 15 minute interview: One week later, we come back and conduct 15 minute interviews with interested employees. During the interview stage, we gather basic information and address individual concerns that we will use to draft wills, living wills, powers of attorney and healthcare directives that accurately convey our clients' wishes, in addition to our affordable fee.
- Completion: We return two weeks later after drafting our clients' estate planning documents. One of our skilled lawyers will review the documents with the client and assist them in signing, witnessing and notarizing the documents. This session generally takes no longer than 30 minutes.
